The support team of this broker, FBS keeps harassing me to re-open an account with them. I traded only for 2 months because they are manipulating the prices, the platform MetaTrader 4 has delays 2-3 seconds each time there are news feed. I tried to trade EUR/USD, USD/CAD, GBP/USD, GBP/EUR, the platform is crashing a lot, and taking the opened positions with it. I lost not only money 250$, but also time with this broker. I tried also to trade with the application but there the prices aren't real. I closed the account.

I had a bad experience with FBS Market lately. Their customer service ignored my follow-up regarding my withdrawal request (1000 USD) 1 week ago. I hope FBS improve their services, especially spreads.… Read more...

I had a bad experience with FBS Market lately. Their customer service ignored my follow-up regarding my withdrawal request (1000 USD) 1 week ago. I hope FBS improve their services, especially spreads. It says that they are low, but when you are trading, you realize that they are too high and not fixed. During heavy trading hours they will increase the spreads and no transparency at all. Slippage can be adjusted according to their wishes.

I am disappointed just trade with FBS for 9 months since June 2016. I have a worst experience in withdrawal process with them. I have deposited $100 with skrill, but when I get a smart profit and I want to withdrawal my profit and capital the process was very harassment. I have declined six time for my withdrawal process, each step I was consult with their support team, they told me to re- withdrawal but then declined again and again.I have never get this kind of service with another broker.

Although this broker has a lot of promotions on their website, is only to attract, after that you get low quality services. Platform crashing, support rude and put me on hold for 30 min for nothing, or even they said they will call back and never did. I wanted to trade on Bitcoin, but unlucky me I didn't saw they don't have it. Very low number of instruments.

My friend had prohibit me for joining FBS when he heard I want to try forex trading and choose FBS as my broker partner. He said that FBS has a program such as No Deposit Bonus up to $ 123 and 100% Deposit Bonus, but until two months he joined FBS, all the bonuses he hadn't get. He was very disappointed with FBS. But even though like that, I still curious and want to join FBS immediately, in the hope I have better luck than my friend.
